UGANDA FINALLY SELF IMPORTS ITS FIRST OIL WITHOUT INTERNATIONAL OIL CARTEL MAFIAS.

After a huge controversy that ensued between the state owned Oil firm; Uganda National Oil Company UNOC and some opaque so-called Kenyan Oil Marketing Companies OMC, which are in fact not Kenyan but a cartel of western and foreign oil mafias, Vivo Energy which is Royal Dutch SHELL disguised and Total Energies of France, the government of Uganda managed to break this parasitic cartel that was hiding behind being Kenyan to continue extorting Uganda and the major western and Southern part of East Africa of Eastern Congo, Rwanda and Burundi.

These Corporations have had the price of fuel high in the region in a bid to meet their endless thirst for huge profits, it has in turn made transportation high and doing business in the region very expensive, this development is therefore a welcome step where the Ugandan Government through its state owned UNOC will be able to directly import Oil products through Kenya after succeeding with the ejection of these parasites who attempted the Use of Kenyan courts to continue their neocolonial exploitation of the African people in this region.

It is important to note that Uganda is a landlocked country without access to the sea and therefore uses the Kenyan Mombasa port for majority of its imports and exports from and to the World. This is a handicap which these foreign western oil companies sought to perpetually exploit.

One of the corporations involved in the East African Crude Oil Pipeline had originally discouraged the building of the Uganda Oil refinery in what they saw as an encroachment on the market the industry in the region, a road to the loss of their monopolistic grip on the East and Central African refined hydro-carbon Market.

It cannot go without saying that railway, being the cheapest means of transportation on land has been neglected in Africa for a very long time by the invisible but concerted effort of the neocolonial institutional cartel including the World Bank, IMF and International Financial Corporation due the huge profits being made from refined oil by these foreign and neocolonial western corporations to the tune of 300 billion united states dollars daily that is the African hydrocarbon energy industry today.

If this sounds similar to what the Richest Black Man in the world Aliko Dangote was recently stating that the international oil companies and their other neocolonial financial institutions have attempted to sabotage the Dangote Oil refinery and continue to do so by starving it of the best Sulphur free crude from Nigeria, it is because this is true. There is a concerted effort by western neocolonial institutions to discourage industrialisation in Africa.

Infact, this was first observed by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah who recorded it in his most groundbreaking book Neocolonialism the Last stage of Imperialism which cause uproar in the western world due to its exposure of their imperialist schemes.

The Fight against Neocolonialism requires a very organized group of Pan Africanists, we have to be purposeful in our struggle and determined in our resolve. For the penetration of African institutions by neocolonial enterprises has been without bounds. It is important to understand that African institutions must be disinfected from this state and institutional capture using local elites, it can only be successfully achieved by a United African Government.
